I guess no need for google reader ?
you should of tried it with a tablet.
Having to swipe through multiple pages to read a single article is not desirable, it’s a little bit irritating. Pulse at least gives you more text per page before you have to swipe.
I just d/l Current on my Droid X, are any of you still using Google Reader?
I just downloaded currents today and like it, should I get rid of Google Reader?
Ian loving currents using it on my cm7 nc
Is that YouTube version only for ICS
From the video (3:31) looks like you can pull in your Google Reader feeds. I didn’t see that yesterday while playing with the app.
@androidcentral. Is it the Same as pulse app
ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE US….for now!!!
when will it be available in the UK???…anyone knows???
it is blocked in spain too
don’t see it in the market…?
Aside from the better UI and visuals, is there a functional, non-aesthetic reason to use this over Google Reader?
Reader updates constantly, doesn’t Currents only update every few hours or so? and it’s not fluid across different devices?
Wow looks great. Consuming news just got better and sexier.
@adzahmed89
don’t worry it was said midway, lol…
is this like a RSS feed?
@plastefuchs666 I got it from XDA now and it works perfectly and I could theoretically even add Austrian RSS feeds… I actually added a British feed and it’s blocked there too!
@FPRobber I guess the articles and magazines are us only atm?
Why is it blocked in Austria?!
downloading it right now
Pretty cool!
did anyone notice that on the accounts page, it looked like something straight out of gingerbread…what happened to the ICS theming across the board?!
Andronid? (in the description lol)
Forget Google currents u have a GSM galaxy nexus :/
