finally I have a reason to buy Iphone
@ayushmaster345 It is still a beta launch, but if not available now, I guess it’s just a matter of time!
cool!
@07liberian Oh…have u heard about offline maps..OH I dont think so..u black piece of shit
is there voice navigation on these maps or it’s just like google maps with no turn by turn navigation…(INDIA)
Honestly google maps is still better for me as it has a more comprehensive coverage. Some places are not registered under nokia maps at least in my country. Only thing i like about nokia maps is its turn by turn navigation and the ability to store maps inside the phone for offline navigation. That’s where Nokia Maps Shine =)
I think Google Map do have a more up-to-date streets and POIs and it does support offline caching (I won’t say the most convenient way). watch?v=vSgcNTZ0afg
And not mentioning the surprisingly accurate voice recognition to search and start navigation. Both almost equal since they both have their own strength and weaknesses.
@valdeze preloaded maps, offline navigation
ah i see, i live in the us. therefore google maps is better for me. i loved ovi maps untill i got an android. i just wish i could download navigation maps like i coukd on my nokias.
@valdeze Better european maps, also it will join forces with Microsoft and Bing maps.
how exactly does this kill google maps
@chickengamerrespawn Hypothetically Speaking If You Are Traveling To Another Country …Can You Preload Maps From That Country The Study Before The Trip Usings Google Maps ?
I Didn’t Think So!…
