Google Latitude lets you see your friends on a map on Google Maps for mobile and iGoogle. Use Latitude to plan an impromptu meetup, see that a loved one got home safely, or just stay in touch with friends. www.google.com/latitude See where your friends are on a map with Google Latitude. Latitude is a new feature for Google Maps for mobile and an iGoogle gadget.

Why wouldn’t you guys use this. The capability is already on your phone especially if you have google maps like most do… So whether you use latitude or not the cops and google can still track you so you might as well just download latitude so you can do it also…
@svt11111 true, but does it really matter???
@Reaperlaw889 well then i guess if your a fugitive you prolly wouldn’t want to sign up for it..lol
fall for it you damn fools, first they show you the fun stuff, oh wow i can see where my family and friends are. yay! what they dont tell you is the cops use it too! to find you!
@TejasM14 You misspelled “especially”.
@saren1994 No, you stalker
heyreally lonely anyone up for cam chat or phone
Everyone picks their nose sometimes. The 1% who say they don’t are liars.
As much as I’d like to stay connected, I would never want anyone to know where I am automatically. Even if it were my spouse, I need that privacy.

I am special, I don’t want Google to know where I’m at when I’m picking my nose.
@bobbywotsit you can now view it via browser which sucks. But the iPhone does keep safari running in the backround, no?
I just got a Nexus One and it integrates seemlessly.
@svt11111 You act like you’re so special. All you do is sit on your couch and pick your nose. You have nothing to worry about.
Well they already know where you are… so it doesnt really matter anymore
NO !!!!!
Is it possible to see your friends phone location without they have accepted me as friend? Please reply.
@donnypauling right, I guess one should not be stealing cars if he is so dumb that he actually does leave the mobile phone lying open in the car, he has just stolen
@Kemzii0x Potentially, yes the phone would have to be on and transmitting location. also, some phones use approximate locations (those without gps) so if you have one of those you’re out of luck. open up google maps and see how accurate your location is on there.
lol this is like : THROW A BOMB HERE!
Great, give the biggest data mining company in the world more information about you.
Hook it up with your car somehow… then if it’s ever stolen you can track it.
Push capabillities of many 3g phones should now enable an automated updates. I think this is brilliant nevermind the scaremongering Please can us iPhone users have a native app asap please!!!!
