Hey, Google Maps for Mobile is great, but it is annyoing that you need an internet connection to load the maps. Why doesnt Google provide the maps for offline installation on the handset? So one could download the map for the desired country. It would safe time and money.

just installed for my 8900…..it’s awesome but scrolling around the map is sooooo slow….i move the ball like 12 rotations and the cursor moves like one cm on my screen….what gives?
